Villa Casa Blanca is a modern 3 bed roomed villa with private heated pool situated on the exclusive residential area of Monte Solana, Pedreguer, near Denia , Northern Costa Blanca. Set upon on a hillside it has magnificent views of the Denia coast line and valley.

The villa was built for our own use and for rental when unoccupied. Completed in 2005 it has been built to high standards and has everything we feel is required for our family of four and guests.

There is easy access to a wide range of beaches, restaurants and entertainments whilst being situated in a quiet location. Denia is about 15 minutes away, Javea 20 minutes . Approx 1hr drive from either Alicante or Valencia airports.

Casa Blanca is a non-smoking villa and is not suitable for wheelchairs (see the photos!). Car hire is essential.
